A concluding meeting was held on 22nd Jan
2025 to conclude the accounts and
summarise the activities. It was unanimously
decided that the saving out of the proceeds
should be given to Annual Investiture Meeting
in shape of advertisement in the souvenir with
names of all the lodges who had sent the
contribution.
